Plans for our Easter Service are announced!

“When they had carried out all that was written about him, they took him down from the tree and laid him in a tomb. But God raised him from the dead, and for many days he was seen by those who had traveled with him from Galilee to Jerusalem. They are now his witnesses to our people.” Acts 13:29-31.

It’s getting close to Easter Sunday!

Easter Sunday is an important Sunday on the calendar because of its designation as the anniversary of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Our church has planned a special service for that Sunday to commemorate the event.

The service will be held on April 8, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at a local bed and breakfast, Lover’s Paradise Suite, located at 15-1394 Maku‘u Drive, Kea‘au, Hawai‘i 96749.

The worship service itself will be like other services, but there will be other Easter activities after the service, including a potluck lunch and an Easter hunt.

The bed and breakfast also has recreational activities like swimming and miniature golf.

On top of all that, there will be tons of free fellowship!

Invitations for our Easter Sunday Service are available to download. Download them here. These invitations are double-sided, on 8½ by 11 paper, ten per page. Print these out, then pass them out!

This whole event is open to the public. There will be no charge for the activities associated with the Easter service.

It will be a special time to remember how God performed the ultimate miracle by raising his Son from the dead.

Come join us that Sunday for this remembrance!
